2010 switched wire location under the hood

We want to haul a small 5th wheel trailer with a 2010 truck but it didn't come with the trailer towing kit. Trans cooler, etc, has been added but I need to run a wire back to charge the trailer battery when running. I'll install a relay to do this and have the relay switch off when the truck isn't running so that the battery doesn't drain.
Does anybody have an easy place to connect the relay to? I need something that powers down when the engine isn't running. Thanks.

How about you stick a male terminal end ( filed to fit ) into the coil power side of the trailer tow battery charge relay socket in the BJB ( aka Battery Junction Box / Engine Compartment Fuse panel ).

You will need to check which side is hot ( and make sure the pins are in there ) with the key in the start or run position. Should be pin #1, but best to verify this with a meter.

This is the factory trigger for the trailer tow adapter battery charge circuit, fuse # 54 ( also in the BJB ).

Cannot tell if this is a full size or half size ISO relay, so here are both socket pin outs.

This is how the factory setup is installed
