For what pins ?
For weather pack connectors, they call it a weather pack pin removal tool
If you are talking about the flat pins ( Metripack ) , that is usually called a Packard Tool, or you can look for Metripack connector parts. This is the one Casper includes with their kits.

Any electronics store should stock the different pin tools. I kinda like the Walden stuff.
