when i press the remote to Open the Doors,,it will horn twice,,When i am driving out of the driveway and the Doors Lock the Horn will Beep..what kind of electrical Malfunction is going on with my truck..any help would be great..

 

Oh yeah...its a 2004 Ford F150 4x4 fx4 with the 5.4l Engine..Its got the remote Start..

 

Is it the factory installed RKE ?

 

i bought the truck used and i was told the other day its not factory remote..I also noticed a few minutes ago,,my remote for the doors doesnt even work..it dont lock the doors or open them...

 

You are going to need the mfgr of what you have, as a starting point.

Hopefully someone that know something other than the Ford RKE system will have some info, once you post the mfgr.

I don't know any RKE, other than the Ford system.

 

i actually went and took it to the Ford Dealership and they told me it was the factory Ford remote Start...if you can gimme some help..i would greatly appreciate it
