on 2001 F150, is there an adapter available to wire a trailer brake controller or do I have to hard wire this.

 

Are you talking about the one under the dash, for connecting the brake controller to the truck ?



There are a few sites online that sell this as an OEM repalcement, or you can get one from Ford. The Part number might have been changed by now.
