Question Heavy Duty Headlight Harness

I just purchased Luminics Ultra white H13 bulbs for a whiter light. Below are the specs. Question is there a reason/need to buy the "for sell" heavy duty wire harness? It is a 14ga 3 wire harness that plugs in between the bulb and the stock conection. What good would that do? The bulb draw is still 60/55. Thanks for any advice

Bulb Type: H13 (9008)
Sold As: Twin Pack [Pair]
Wattage [draw]: 60/55
Wattage [output]: 135/130
Color: Ultra White
Color Temp: 5150K
Warranty: 90 Days

Increasing the wire size for even the factory spec bulbs is a good idea.

This removes resistance in the circuit, and actually allows the bulbs to obtain full brightness.

I did this on my ZG-1000 when installing the EU version of the SilverStar Ultra bulbs. The lumen output ( light meter ) increased by changing the harness to 14 AWG wire with a relay, and using the factory wiring to trigger the relay.
