2006 f150 draing batery at night after key is out

I have an 06 f-150 supercrew with the 4.6. I went mudding last weekend and i droped the front drivers side down in a creek up to the headlight. my truck sat there running for about an hour while i found someone to pull me out. later that day when i shut the truck off the radio kept playing after i opened the door and also the window controls still function and if i dont drive it in a 24 hr period my battery is dead someone plz help i am pretty mechanically inclined but know nothing of the wiring on this truck

Check the splices in both door sills.

These are not designed to be under water.

You will need to pull the door sill, and check all the wires for the ones with splices, and repair the faulty ones. Chances are the door sill got full of water, and might have pulled the splices apart if it froze.
