need a little help guys

i put some leds under my dash and they came with their own little battery pack with an on/off switch but they dim out when their on for a while. im not very experienced with electrical stuff so i was wonderin how i would hard wire it to my fuse panel. i still wanna use the on off switch for them, any tips and advise is appreciated!

How many volts was the battery pack? If it was 12 volts or close, it probably wouldn't be too hard to wire it to the truck. If it's a considerably different voltage you may be able to make it work if you can find the proper adapter.
