How to keep low beams and high beams on together?

Just had a quick question. Was wanting to see if there is a mod where you can have both beams of your head lights on while the high beams are engaged. I know that on chevys there is an adapter or something you can install that will keep both on at the same time. Ive read the fog lights with high beams thread and was curious if anyone has done this mod on their headlights? Or if this could even be done. BC I know when you pull the lever back instead of foward to engage the high beams both beams will light up......

The wiring side of things, to keep it safe, and find easy components

Keep in mind you could have problems with the headlamp housing with the additional heat of operating both the 60W elements and the 55 W elements are the same time.
