I have a 91 F150 that the ignition key will not return to the lock and acc. positions after I start the engine. Is there a spring in the colum or key switch that makes it return. I can turn it back with the key,but I have to pull back on the rod inorder to shut down the motor and the rest of the electrial system. I replaced the switch under the dash as it was sticky but it didn't help.
