Under the cowling, towards the driver's side of the center line.
If you follow the cowl indent for the driver's side wiper arm in the park position ( ~ 10* angle ), to where the cowl is full width again, this is where the electrical connector shows to be.
Driver's side valve cover also seems to be inline with it ( eye balling the engine items in the component location section ).
