Chime removal , '09

Chime removal , '09

Now that I'm finally driving my '09 i'd like to be able to remove ALL the chimes, not just the seatbelt.Help !

Remove instrument cluster .On the back of it is a 1" dia black chimer.You could put tape over the hole on the chimer to reduce sound level or pull out the chimer from the board to remove all chiming ! Silence !

There is a plastic 'bar' across the chime. Snip that ,or take the back cover off the cluster. Chime unplugs from the board.
