A 2003 f150 supercrew lariat, go out to my truck to get in, and the heater fan is running. Start truck, shut it off, take key out, stays on. After multiple attempts, same thing, then suddenly I get a mysterious beeping, in a pattern, like the seat belt, comes and goes as I am driving. Anyone got any idea??

 

Have you had a lot of rain as of late ?

 

yes, it had rained. by saturday night, it dried out apparently, started working fine. Last December had the windshield resealed after an accident though, so I thought that would take care of the factory problem.

 

I would think it is not fixed so well.

The symptoms sound like a wet GEM / CJB
