Wet horn?

I went through a decent puddle in my truck, my horn now sounds like it's going through puberty and it's sounds dinky when I honk it. Way different then it sounded before. What's up with it?

depending on how much water the horn ingested you might need to replace it

Mine did the same thing after goin through some decent mud puddles. And i ddint notice it till everything dried up. So I went under the truck and just kinda tapped hard on both horns and i guess it loosend up and works fine now.
