150K miles, removed starter cables, would U replace starter?

Got a 99 F150 w/ 150K miles. Had to pull the cables to the starter.

Since I'm down there and have 1/2 the work done, do you think I should just go ahead and replace the starter to avoid having to potentially do this again?

It's the original starter. The gear teeth look good.

Maybe just replace the selenoid?

I'm interested to hear some opinions on what others might do in this situation.

I would, that's a lot of spins on the starter and with it where it is,do it now and that's one less thing to worry about replacing. You got your moneys worth out of it.
