What fuse to check?

I just looked at one of my old XV-H13 bulbs, and it is a male pin config, it is just under a connector hood.
Kind of male pin config, female connector hood, if that makes sense.

Sorry, let me try to be a little more clear, didn't do so well.
The BULB is a male pin, so the bulb connector on the factory harness is female pin config.
