I have a 93 F150 what kinda code scanner can I get to check on some running and driveability issues?

 

Its hard to get a ford specific obd1 scanner unless you buy the kit in a bundle. Just search obd1 code flashing on the internet. Using a paper clip and basically jumping the connector and getting the cel to flash the number code and go from there. And it on costs a penny compared to 300+ for a scanner.
