no radio or power windows
i have a 99 f250 non superduty that my radio and power windows stopped working(this has happen before but started working again) i have checked all the related fuses and also replaced the acc delay relay and still no radio or pwr windows any suggestion?

What changed when everything started working again the last times ?
What is a F250 non SuperDuty ? I want to say '99 there was a F250 LD, but I thought that was a F150 7700

well the last couple of times it went back to working it took about 10 to 15 minutes after i started the truck for them to start working again,that why i replaced the acc and bat saver relays this time thinking that was the problem, oh its the f250 that looks like the f150 was what i was trying to tell you.
