So i have all of the following trouble codes popping up in my 07 5.4L 4x4

P0161 O2 HEATER (HTR-22) CIRCUIT (bank 2, sensor 2)
P0141 O2 HEATER (HTR-11) CIRCUIT (bank 1, sensor 2)

P0138 O2 (HO2S-12) CIRCUIT HIGH VOLTAGE (bank 1, sensor 2)
P0158 O2 (HO2S-22) CIRCUIT HIGH VOLTAGE (bank 2, sensor 2)

P0054 HO2S HEATER RESISTANCE (bank 1, sensor 2)
P0060 HO2S HEATER RESISITANCE (bank 2, sensor 2)

I have dynatech's, hi flow cats, CAI and a custom tune so Some i would expect but i'm scratchin my head here as to how i could have shorts to my
o2's.....

anybody else get this kinda problem and how did they fix it? do they need replacing?

 

Have you checked to make sure the wires are not melted against the xhst or been damaged during the install ?
