when it rains my 02 f150 starts acting goofy. without the key in the ignition the dash warning lights come on and there is a clicking noise under the dash. the radio comes on and the blower motor comes on [ if switch is left on]. when i start it the wipers either dont work or it randomly selects a speed.last nite for the first time while it was running the starter kept trying to engage. i turned it off and with the key turned forward it started on its own. this only happens when it raining or after a rain. it seems like something is getting wet that shouldnt and when it dries its fine. about a week ago the cruise control, cig lighter, and inside map lights stopped working.there is a slight leak on the top of windshield above the steering wheel and i always put a towel over the steering wheel. its not a bad leak, just a couple drips here and there.

 

Get the windshield replaced/resealed before something worse happens.

 

what would be causing these problems?

 

Water on the fuse block, wiring, or components.
