Gauges and 4X4 lost
2004 F250 Super Duty King Ranch 6.0L turbo diesel
Today I lost all gauges and 4X4, but everything else seems to be working fine. Does anyone have any ideas before I spend a fortune at a Ford Dealer to have them look at it! Thanks.

Start by checking the fuses, to see if one is blown.
The F-250 is a bit different then the F-150s with the Smart Junction box ( more like the 2009 F-150 ).
