Maybe the only thing you can do is to disassemble where you click your seatbelt in place and find what trips the sensor and just rig it so that it the circut is always connected and tricks the sensor into thinking it is always buckled up??

Thats my 2cents! Hope it helps!

One thing to check.. At the base of the center mount for the front belts should be a two-wire electrical connector that is usually just under the carpet or near the mounting belt.

Try unplugging it. I've done this on several previous Fords to get around a bad switch in the latch.

However, since you didn't identify your year of truck, this may or may not help.

I'd try it anyway, can't hurt anything.

2004( new body ) + MY truck ?

There is a procedure in the owners manual to disable the warning chime on both the driver's and passenger's seats.

I don't think it would be an issue on the driver's side to unplug the seat belt switch ( I did that on my 2001 ), but the passenger side you cannot do this. It would disable the airbag. I know when I have my bag on the passenger seat, the PAD light is illuminated ( enough weight, no seat belt connected ).

Just a thought, might want to complete your profile.
