hooking up aux reverse lights

you will find some cheaper relays that are numbered 1,2,3,4 instead of the ISO standard relay that are numbered like above with 30, 85, 86, 87, 87a

Good point. Ford also uses that ID system on the half size ISO relays for some reason



I don't know if what you are talking about ( maybe a Blazer relay from Autozone ? ) uses the same pin assignments as the Ford half ISO relay. diagram is on the side of it ( or should be ).

Notice Ford uses 4 as the Normally Closed terminal, this is where the others could be different.

just an update
my comp died two weeks ago but i was able to wire up the fogs tonight

huge thanks to sscully
ill post up a thread about it when i have time
