Ok guys, my truck is an 2001 f150 2wd v8 with the 5.4 liter, i have had some starting issues here lately. At first it started out when i unlocked the truck and tried to start it it wouldnt do anything, then if i pushed lock and unlock on my remote keypad it would start. Now it wont do anything i figgured it must have been a bad connection on the battery, i changed out both battery connectors, still same result no start, so then i pulled out my troyer xcal 2 tuner and pulled the dtcs on the truck and it pulled p1260? I have searched on here and from what i understand it is something to do with the security system. Does anyone know how to disable this or what i might need to fix it? All help appreciated!
