drivers side headlamp Fuse??

drivers side headlamp not Fuse any suggestions?
2006 F-150 King Ranch Screw
I was changing out the headlamps add HID and I had my meter set wrong. Sparked and now have no low beam on drivers side. I have checked fuses 23,25 and they were fine. I even changed them anyway. Any suggestion?? no power at headlight on low. fuses are fine. havent checked power at fuse yet, will tomorrow.
