For no particular reason, what does a battery saver relay do??

 

After a certain amount of time (15-20 mins) it will shut off the interior lights, ability to operate windows, and i would guess in newer models 2004+ allow the radio to stay on.. Shut your truck off and sit in it quietly for about 15 minutes, you can hear the relay shut off.

 

Thanks I didn't want to sound stupid, just saw it on the schematic of fuses and relays and was curious.
