Liscense plate light

My liscense plate light fitting is out of the bracket... I have tried to push it back in by lining up the 4 grooves on it but it will not worrk.

Anybody done this before?

line up the 3 notches and push it in and turn it to lock it in place. It is kind of hard to reach up there and get to but u can do it!!!!!
