has anyone else had this issue?about once every 2 or 3 months i will go to start my truck(which i only drive once or twice a week at the most) and the battery is so dead it wont even unlock the doors.the truck is an 07 f150 supercrew with under 20,000 km.i have replaced the battery twice now with an optima battery,replaced the remote start/keyless entry system,and have never noticed anything staying on.i have checked for draws and load tested the battery & starter.the dealer says there is nothing wrong and that i must be imagining the trouble

 

Your truck sits too much and the battery does not get a charge. These systems have a constant drain on the battery. You need a thing called a bttery tender that gives it a trickle charge periodcally.
