That is like asking which is better Coke or Pepsi.
Dad still has the FAL-270s on my old 2001 SCrew. I did have to replace the fuse holder ( recall they shipped the parts for free ) and the VSC too a powder, and would run all the time. This is for ~ 6 years of operation.
JMC has had about the same luck with his Troyer kit ( small stuff, nothing major ) and is happy with it. Neal had the Troyer kit on is truck, before it was a full kit, think it still is in operation ( have not talked with him in a while ).
