Optima Enough?
well if there is 2 types you should get the Bigger one, I run a red top optima, but never checked what the CCA is.... i'll have to check, but mine is more than enough never given me trouble, and thats running a stereo with a 700 wattsub blasting for 6 hours strait, at it seemed to have no affect on the battery.

From some google searches on the motorcraft part numbers in your owners manual, on page 194.
BTX-59 = 540 CCA
BXT-65-650 = 650 CCA.
Considering you are looking at a 720 CCA, I would say that it good enough.

I have had the yellow top (900CCA I think) in my Ranger for the past 5-6 years with a 2000 watt stereo and about 1000 watts of lights not including the headlights, it has never let me down and still going strong, I plan on replacing the battery in my F-150 with an Optima soon, love the batteries.
Yellow top is the way to go for CCA and when you need some extra power since its a gel cell battery it holds a better charge and it can be mounted regular or on its side. Plus it comes with a 2 year warranty. I used this in my old f150 with 1500 rms system and 0 gauge cable. I also had bi-xenons installed. Never had any problems.
