Looking for the keyless entry code? Did you search? It can be found on the black box behind the rear seats on the back wall. Use the search function to find out how to remove the back seats.

There is supposed to be a card in the owner's manual, buy often, it has been removed.

I found this link by using the advanced search.

if you still have trouble finding it you might want to call your local dealership and ask if they can hook the computer up and get the door code that way
some places charge people and some may not

Depending on the cab type ( your profile is not completed ) the BSM/VSM with the code sticker on it is located :

1. Std cab : under the driver's rear speaker on the C-pillar
2. SCab & SCrew, in the pictures that Bluejay posted.

Here is a quick write up I made from the posts of other members on getting to the BSM/VSM in SCab / SCrew body styles

Don't know if you got the truck from a dealer or a private sale. If from a dealer, dad's friend got the dealer to get the code for free. As posted, some do it for free, others will hit you up for the 1 hr computer hook up / diag costs.
