Exclamation Parking Light Problems

Hey guys today i was putting in some new headlights and i have halo's and HID wired to my Parking lights. So as i was putting them in i decided to do a quick check to make sure they were going to work before i taped everything up and put the light in. so I turned on the parking lights and the halo's and LED's work for about a second then they turn off. So i think i may have blown a fuse. So i looked at my fuse box and i believe the fuse is number 13 and i pull it out and it looks fine. But still my parking lights are not working. Any help?

Little more info is needed for which Fuse #13 you are checking.

2001 owners manual starting on page 131:
Battery Junction Box ( aka BJB, under hood fuse panel ) Fuse #13 is the AC clutch.
Central Junction Box ( aka CJB, cab fuse panel ) Fuse #13 is the Stop lamps switch, Turn/hazard flasher, and speed control module.

BJB Fuse #6 is the parking lamps fuse, which is a 15 A fuse.

Might want to rethink adding something directly to this circuit, depending on the AMPs required.
There is quite a bit of stuff on this fuse already, and it also feeds the CJB fuse #18 for the instrument panel lights as well. ( owners manual, page 135 ).
