Headlights not working hellllp!!!

i have a 2005 stx the fuse panel is on the passengerside by the feet
my headlights were working then i turned them off and back on after i went through some mud puddles and they idnt turn bac on but the parking lightsdid, i dont havemy manual with me im in college and left it at home. what are the fuse numbers that haveto do with headlights

page 227; fuse 23 is right low, fuse 25 is left low

page 228; fuse 40 is right low, left low and DRL. (i would start with this one)

if fuse 40 blows when you put it a new fuse you may have gotten water in the DRL resistor and shorted it out. (resistor is behind the driver headlight, up under the bumper, but thats a new thread)
