2005 F150 Turn Signal Issue

My rear-passanger tailight and turn signal went out while at the same time my right turn signal, when activated, had a rapid click to it. I replaced the rear bulb, this fixed the tailight, but not the turn signal or the clicking. I than replaced the front right bulb. The rapid clicking and lack of a rear right turn signal still exsisted to I than checked/replaced any fuses (mini) that seemed to relate to the issue. The rapid clicking and lack of a right rear signal still exist. I read on other threads that a relay may be the issue (I have towed a medium-sized utility trailer several times in the last few months) but before I buy a relay I was wondering if this would be the next step, or if there is anything else that I can try? Thanks!

Is this on the trailer tow adapter, or the truck ?

The truck turn signals do not have relays associated with them, so if you can post the thread on the relay information, that would be helpful to see what you are talking about.

Exactly what fuses did you replace ? ( checked/replaced any fuses does no good for information )

What is not working, you refer to the rear passenger tail light and turn signal, and then refer to your right turn signal ( both front and rear, or just rear, or rear on truck, and trailer ? )
