I have had my truck for about 2 1/2 years and I never felt like it performed as well as it should. The reason I say this is because my dad owns the same truck with the only difference is it being a '99 and even though his is stock it always felt like it had a little more pep than mine and I have a few mods on mine. Well I recently had a little run around with Edge and I received a incompatible tuner which seemed to kill my pcm and not allowing my truck to start. They sent me something to reflash my pcm as well as a new tuner. Since I have reflashed my pcm my trucks performance is a good bit better than what it was. What would cause it to run so differently after reflashing the pcm?
