Unhappy Electrical Problems

Hey all, Im having some electrical problems with my 2002 F150 Supercrew. Like an idiot i didn't disconnect the battery when working on my electrical and i shorted out the fuse box under the dash. To be specific #13 (controlls the brake lights/signal lights). I've ordered a new fuse box but im wondering if I shorted something else out as well. The truck still runs, but i have no power windows, no power to the garage door openers, no power to the sterio or the climate controll unit, but the blower motor for the climate controll is on full blast, and when i press the brake i am still unable to shift the transmission out of park. Are there any fuseible links in the harness? Is it possible that i have fried the computer as well even though the truck still runs? I've checked the majority of the harness and i cant see any signs of melting, or even that it got hot. Any ideas?
