Fog Lamp Mounting Bolt/spacers?

The mounting hardware for the fog lights on my 2000 F150 4x4 was broken causing my fog light to light up my bumper. The piece I am referring to is a screw through a grayish plastic bracket that mounts to the fog light and has a black rubber mount on the end of the screw that goes through the bracket. Where can I find a new one. Dealer here is next to worthless.

Dealer was worthless when I tried to get those parts for my fog light install.

I just cobbled a bunch of nuts and bolts together from Home Depot that is still doing the job a year later.

That does not seem to be a separate part.

Checked www.oemfordparts.com
Collision catalog -> Front Lamps -> Fog Lamp Assy -> w/ Bracket or w/o bracket are the only options.

Nothing under Front bumper at all.

Without seeing a picture, I would say J-B weld the mounting hold solid, drill it out for a new screw timesert, and mount the thread kit, and put it back together ( if the plastic is broken that is ).
If it is the screw, you are going to have to try to get a new one, and reto fit it with a new one.
