Acessing fuse box/GEM
So i've been doing my reading on how to get to the GEM so i can check it to see if its my problem but everything i read just isn't clear to me. Do i really have to completely take apart my dash, remove my steering wheel and airbags and pretty much everything else just to get to this? Seems like a PITA if you ask me...or am i just reading everything wrong? TIA
