recently i set out on a mission to try and make my f150 like a fancier model (pretty much turn my stx into a lariat o fx4) so i just got a question, if i was to come across some whole doors with power windows+locks to replace mine that has nothing, would the wiring aspect of it really be worth it? or is there no way no how it would work?

I am not sure about the newer units, but I know my buddies 2001 XL had a bunch of wiring already installed for power door locks under the dash.
