Adding Power Windows/locks/mirrors

Hello, everyone. I have a 1999 F150 XL, and I want to add power windows, locks and mirrors and was wondering what extra harnesses I need. I have done extensive searching and found that the power mirrors are wired to the kick panels, so you just need the harness that goes from the kick panel to the doors. I also found another post that said to add power locks/windows you need the harness from the kick panels to the doors, but that you also need a harness that goes from kick panel to kick panel and through the dash, but I think I may have it already. I went to a junkyard and looked at an xlt 2000 and it has two large plugs in each kick panel that seem to go to the doors. Does a 1999 have three plugs, or just the two large plugs?(mine has these same two) And if just has the two, does this harness that goes through the dash plug into one of these two plugs on each side?
or could it already be there and thats what I am looking at? anyone have a 99+ XL that they added FACTORY power windows/locks to? any response is appreciated.
