05 electrical problem?

I have a 2005 supercrew xlt 4x4 with the 5.4 that I have had new. I am having a few problems with it and I was sent to this website.
All this seems to have gone at the same time, so Im thinking it is all related. The odometer LED readout is not working. I have pulled it of and checked all the contact soldering points and the look good. Also every time I take off from a red light the doors autolock, or anytime I slow down below 5mph. Alos when The door is left open with the truck running the "door buzzer" goes crazy, almost constantly dinging till you shut the door. Also it seems like the truck shifts a lot more(not positive on that though)
The speedo works fine, and when it gets low on fuel I get the low fuel ding from the buzzer, even though it doesnt show in the display.
could this be a bad speed sensor? or any other suggestions please....

the door lock thing sounds like it could be a sticky latch, might just need some lubricant.

might be BCM too, b.c the mileage is stored in the cluster and in the BCM if i remember correctly, which might explain the whole chime freakout, and other concerns.

You might be seeing the battery starting to go bad. If a cell drops in the battery it will make the electronics go crazy. do a load test on the batt. see what happens.

I switched out the cluster with a different truck and everything worked fine. I put my cluster in the other truck and then it had the same symptoms ( no odometer and doors lock all the time)
So I'm going to assume the problem is with the cluster itself. I pulled the back of the (non working) cluster off and didnt see any broken contacs or anything. I even pushed and shook on everything while it was hooked up to see if I could get it to work.
Any specific area I should look at on the cluster?

Power distribution box

Check under the power distribution box to see if you have a pinched wiring harness. I have had similiar issues for about a year. This is what I found.

I have exactly that same issue with mine. Checked the solder joints all looked good and when I reassebmled the dash the odometer worked for a few days then went off again.
