Here is a basic diagram from KC Highlights for wiring up fogs. Its not hard at all. Just requires a little mechanical know how. http://www.kchilites.com/faq/instruc...layHarness.pdf

First thing to remember is take your time and don't cut corners. Make sure all your connections are tight and double check everything.

Second is make sure you have a good ground. This is paramount with hooking up a good lighting system.

Third is make sure you have the relays and fuses in correctly. These will save your lights.

If the follow through is a little difficult to read just search "Fog light wiring diagram" in google and you will get tones of responses.

Good luck

Wiring isn't that hard to do. I've wired up a few sets of lights and am thinking about adding some lights to my Expy. I just haven't had time to see if they'd work behind the grille... don't really want to add a brush guard.

I know the KC directions are pretty good, I used them years ago when I first wired up my first set of lights.

Just remember to keep the wires away from moving parts and from the exhaust and you should be fine. I also like to use black wire loom to help conceal the wires. It helped keep my wires from melting too... my truck went in to get fixed and the tech moved the wires so they would get very close to the exhaust. After removing the wires, the wire loom was melted a little, but the wires were fine.
