Exclamation Huge electrical issue.

I have a 2002 lightning that I was wireng up my fuel pump, dual electrical fans and hid lights. I used the under hood fuse/relay it was location 301 or 302 I really don't Rember I know it was for the stock fuel pump relay switched pin. Well started the truck to drive it over to the dyno that is 10 feet away I turned on my lights so I could see and the truck dies. I just thought it was a fuse. Well my odometer has lines that look like this ------ theft flashes all the time the motor turns over but no spark. Also my preaditor can't rewrite my ECU b/c it says it cannot connect. This is what I have tried to do to resolve the issue. Replaced ecu, replaced gem module , replaced anti theft/ keyless entry checked every relay under hood and the 2 that are right in the center of the dash as well as the ones in the inside fuse compartment. When I check the orignal relay location under the hood it reads 4.7 vdc in one and .2 vdc in the other, also the ground does not seam very good any more it fluctuates at all times. Sorry for the bad spelling I am on my iPhone. Any help
Would mean a lot thanks
