Help

On my way home today, I heard a little buzz noise from down around the fuse area, then noticed that nothing electrical was working, speedometer, radio, ac, instrument gauges and all except the fan was barely blowing and I turned on the wipers to check things out and they were moving very slowly. Got home and turned it off, tried to restart and nothing. I thought to check the fuses and heard and felt a clicking noise were the Interior lamp relay and the battery saver relay. I went to auto parts store and got replacements put them in charged the battery up and everything was working great for five minutes. Now the only electrical not working is the radio and the wipers still moving very slowly.

I am not a mechanical/car engine guy at ALL and got lucky with what I did replace. What should I be looking for, another bad relay or fuse?

Thanks

projectSH, Quentin, Bluegrass, GIJoe, others, have any suggestions or ideas to troubleshoot this?

Possible GEM or altenator trouble?

Have searched through the archives and found a few problems that are similar. Hope someone can provide a little more specific info and advise.

Thanks.
