Brake Lights Inop?

Brake Lights Inop?
Well my 3rd brake light works but the lower too don't. The flashers and parking lights come on, it's just when I push on the brake. I switched out the brake light switch and no luck. What can I do next? Keep in mind I'm not the most knowledgeable with electronics.

I'd appreciate any assistance.
