nope the only thing not working in the truck is the windows. Is there more then one fuse that runs the windows? If I was reading my manual right there is only one fuse to control my windows and power sunroof correct?

Does anyone have a wiring schematic for an 2005 supercrew with a sunroof? This would be a great help!

That one sounds like a bad contact in the switch. Does it work with the other switch associated with that window? If it does you can either replace the switch for around $60 at a ford dealership or find one on the internet reasonably priced. Or read through about the first 2 pages of the electrical forums and there will be a thread on how to take the switch apart and clean the contacts, I think it has something to do with "cheap/free fix in the title" I saw it this morning when I was trying to solve my problem. But yours is a very simple fix. Pm me if you need more help on how to swap out the switches, I can help you with that and it is a very simple procedure it takes maybe 5 min to swap out.

it is the master switch on the driver side. Every other window works up and down and the window lock works too. But it is just rolling up the driver side and it is not all the time. If I hit it two or three times, it will go up.

Yep its the switch then. It is a very very simple fix, I would recommend buying the part its very straight forward to install. You can see the body lines on the handle that separate the switch housing and the rest of the panel. All you have to do is pry that up and off, its just held in place with some pressure clips. Then place a small screw driver on either side and pull the master switch out. Unplug the old one from the harness , pop the new one in and reconnect the wiring harness. Pop that housing back into place and your done. Hope this helps....

I haven't searched for your write up yet (I'll do that next) but did your window switch lights flicker on and off sporadically when your windows quit working? I stopped and filled up last night and when I left my windows didn't work and the lights where flickering.

Try pulling the cover off and look at the wiring and make sure nothing is loose.
