Exclamation Help!

well i just got done installing my train horns from hornblasters.com. i go to start the truck and everything died. its like the compressor was too much power for it to handle. now the truck wont start, and this relay on the fuse panel in the truck keeps clicking. i can put the key in and my dome light comes on, but when i try to turn on my headlights everything dies. what could be wrong with it? does it just need a jump?
