Will these work on my 1997 F150?? These are the new ones, peel the tape stick above the door handle. No wires just program like the remotes on the key fob.

They'll work on '98 up models but the 97 programming is like the 95-97 sequence. Better get your FORD parts guy to look it up and tell you. They're neat and I thought about putting one on my '98 but with a regular remote why bother.

 

I'm looking to get one for my Ranger,I've locked it with the motor running.The wife was home so I had her key to get back in it.The doors lock when you start it up and move it.I try to leave the window down now when I work on it.

 

thats why i like my 08 wont lock with the key in the ignition...even if i push lock it will unlock the drivers door even tho it came with the keypad.
