Hey guys,

My fiance has an 01 Oldsmobile Aurora that I truly hate. Recently, her ABS has been coming on randomly when there's no reason for it to. The scenario is as follows- There's no designated event that causes it to happen. It happens at random, but when it does happen the first time, the ABS will engage during subsequent braking events. Then, after about 8 or so braking events when the ABS has engaged, the ABS light will come on, and the ABS system will shut itself off. I'm not too sure what could be causing this problem other than the ABS wheel speed sensor.....Any other ideas?
