OBDII plug not working with scangauge2 plugs in

I uninstalled a handfree phone system..took about stereo area dash, below steering colum dash unpluged all components that were pluged into phone module, cut all zip ties holding wires pertaining to phone module(looked twice cut once). Reassembled and now my OBDII plug on my 04 crew 4x4 5.6l aint worken. I have tested the scangauge on a 05 mustang it still functionial so thats ruled out. There is one orange wire lead like a 20 or 22gauge that has been cut(not by me) thats coming from a fuse box with 3 fuses in it(allgood) that leads to the 3 dial controlers below the stereo unit(ie ac fan and temp). Any ideas feedback would be much appriciated..im at a stand still atm and need some ideas to bounce around. Thanks On a side note how do ya post pics on here cuz i got a pic of the wire and fuse box to post.

As Mr. Obvious from Bob and Tom would have pointed out, "It's in your Owner's Manual"
