My drivers side window on my 05 super crew is messed up. I noticed the window was not going up right away the last couple days. If you hit the up switch it will wait a couple seconds then go up then stop then go up. SO today the window wouldnt go up at all. I think its the switch. When you click on the other window switches they make a click feeling. When you press the up button it won't click. I finally hit the switch about 500 times and I finally got it up. I am taking it to the dealer tomorrow morning.

 

i have an 04 f150 and mine does the same thing ive taken it 3 times to get it fixed. They fix it and it works for like a week then messes up again. Good luck

 

all fixed. and my warranty ran out last month! I had to pay $100 for the deductible on my extended warranty

 

My rear passenger window on my 04 SCab did this yesterday, and its still down about 1/3 of the way. I took the door apart to look at the components, but does anyone know what causes this problem?

 

I've had the same problem before on my driver side window... I already had to get a new motor for my passenger window also, but I know what you mean about the switch not making a click when you push it...What ended up being the problem?
